Small to medium sized sites (under 3GB) usually can be finished the same day I start them. Larger sites may take several days while I ensure things are done correctly.

Unfortunately the short answer here is "probably not" because the problem I typically see with "value" web hosting solutions is they do not offer a powerful enough hosting to properly create an archive of your website(s). This means the amount of time I have to spend on this is quite incredible.
I am willing to help with this, however, if the first attempt fails due to hosting timeouts we will have to discuss what options there are as I may require a small additional compensation for the extra time it will take.
