Can we cover multiple topics in one session?
Yes. We’ll prioritize your list and cover as much as possible within the session.
Do I need to be advanced in WordPress?
No. Beginners are welcome. I tailor the session to your skill level. Whether you have basic WordPress or OptimizePress questions, or need to ask about something quite advanced, I'm here to help no matter what. I do ask that the complex questions be sent to me at least 2 business days ahead of time if possible - this just helps me to refresh my memory on the topic to make sure our session is put to good use.
Can I split the meeting into shorter meetings?
No. Each meeting can be up to 90 minutes. If you use a shorter time, but all your questions got answered, then it's still considered a complete meeting. Make sure you come prepared with plenty of questions. Ask your most pressing questions first, and then we can cover other things. 90 minutes is a lot of time, and I don't count pre/post discussion - only the time we actually discuss your questions or cover other things you need help with.
What if I need more than 90 minutes?
If we need a few extra minutes on the meeting, no problem. If you need another 15+ minutes, then I would kindly ask that you book another session. The 5-meeting bundle is a great choice to help reduce your cost and not worry about going over your budget. Most consultants charge a lot more than I do.
Can I purchase more D.F.Y. hours separately?
Sure. If you need more hours just let me know and I'll be happy to extend the same deal. 5 DFY hours for $175 or 10 DFY hours for $350. You don't need to purchase meetings for this deal if you just reach out I'll send you a link. I do recommend that we have at least 1 meeting to discuss what you need help with.
