Hi my name is Kevin McClellan. I have over 18 years of experience with WordPress, and have been using OptimizePress almost since it was first released. I am also a coder, and have been creating websites for over 20 years.
WordPress and OptimizePress in combination is a great suite of money making tools for you to build everything from blogs to advanced sales funnels and membership sites.
While most things can be done quite easily, which is a selling point for OptimizePress, there are always some things that can be challenging such as finding good hosting, making sure your server is configured properly, or setting up complex integrations.

How long have you been helping others with OP?
I have been using OptimizePress since 2011, and started helping others with it in 2012. I have been providing OptimizePress training and services since 2013.
During that time I have helped many hundreds of clients accomplish their goals with OptimizePress.
I have experience with many other 3rd party plugins that work well with OptimizePress as well.
Where are you based at?
I’m glad you asked. I live in Tennessee just north of Huntsville, Alabama in the small historic town of Fayetteville.
We really enjoy the small town life as it is more peaceful than the bigger cities. Traffic is never too bad and we have everything we need within a 45 minute drive.
Luckily, being close to the big city of Huntsville, Alabama, we are able to have a very fast internet connection.
What payment methods do you accept?
I currently accept Stripe on the payment forms of this site, but if you need to pay me with PayPal, cash, check, or other methods, just let me know and I'll make it work for you.
Do you offer web hosting?
I do not currently offer web hosting.
If you need a good web host, I would recommend looking at knownhost.com which is where I host this website.
Can you help with other technical stuff?
Sure! It never hurts to ask. If I can do it, I'm happy to help with it. I have a lot of experience with hosting related technical stuff such as WHM, cPanel, FTP, Site migrations, other plugins, membership sites, fixing strange issues, and lots more.

What type of services do you provide?
I currently offer help for OptimizePress and WordPress, as well as other plugins.
I can also help manage web hosting and other technical aspects related to WordPress such as site migrations, data backups, technical troubleshooting, and more.
I suggest just contacting me to let me know what you need so I can give you a no obligation price quote (all price quotes are good for 14 days).
Can you be my "Tech Guy"?
Yes I absolutely can! I'm pretty good at solving issues or handling the technical side of things.
Whether you have an issue you can't solve or need help setting up or migrating sites/hosting, or anything else with WordPress that you are having trouble with, I'm happy to help.
I have several clients who I handle all their WordPress technical needs, whether that be through email, or one on one screen sharing calls.

Are you an Agency or Freelancer?
At the moment I am what I like to call a "Solopreneur" or simply, someone who does it all.
While I do occasionally contract with other Solopreneurs, it's usually only temporary and for larger projects.
Do I have to have my own OptimizePress Account?
Yes. If you have an existing site you should already have your own OptimizePress account. I do offer some site building services where I would build a site for you which would include OptimizePress for as long as you retain my services on an ongoing basis.
We do not provide OptimizePress for free or for less cost than buying one on your own.
Whether you use your own license or not does not change any pricing that I offer for site builds.

How soon can you start?
This depends on current workload at the time you request services. I do always leave room in my schedule to help with emergency issues, however regular projects are usually planned in advance.
For full site builds, you can expect that once I have all the materials (graphics, images, text, access to 3rd party services that need setup, etc..) that I should be able to start on the work within 2 to 4 weeks. Depending on the difficulty of work needed, it may take between 30 and 60 days to complete. Longer if there are any unforeseen circumstances that may lengthen the amount of work needed.
Simple tasks for existing websites that require less than 2 hours of work will be completed within 1 to 3 business days or sooner depending on workloads at the time the service is requested.
